Samsung to Provide Killer Apps Exclusive for Galaxy Note on Global Stage


Samsung Electronics plans to globally enrich Galaxy Note applications. Samsung Electronics said on the 18th that it will provide differentiated applications solely tailored for Galaxy Note, in partnership with global content developers with aims to enrich global apps for the hybrid smart device and to strengthen its presence in major strategic markets. Galaxy Note is now available in 50 countries.

Samsung adds that it will turn killer apps in the Android market into exclusive apps for Galaxy Note. They will be optimized for the 5.3 inch screen and S pen, and be provided through a special Galaxy Note app category within Samsung Apps.

Samsung also sets differentiated strategies for each major market reflecting customers’ demands and features in the region such as a smart writing practice app in Korea, a local SNS based comprehensive messaging app ‘Go, Talk’ in Russia, a hit local messenger based ‘Mobile QQ’ with hand writing and drawing features in China.
