Samsung Electronics announced on Oct 4 that Galaxy S2 was crowned as Phone of the Year and Smart TV D8000 got the title of TV of the Year at the Stuff Gadget Awards.
Stuff is a renowned UK-based IT magazine issuing in more than 30 countries in the world, and through the Stuff Gadget Awards, it has been selecting the best products of the year in various categories like Mobile Phone, TV, PC and Camera.
This year, Galaxy S2 has become Phone of the Year, receiving full five stars. Stuff UK reviewed Galaxy S2 as “a real Android leader…with the greatest arsenal of hardware even seen on the smartphone battlefield”.
Samsung Smart TV D8000 Series was also awarded as TV of the Year at the award. It was reviewed as “It’ll make your 3D games and Blu-rays look more convincing than almost any other telly will.”
