A leak of claims video to show the 4.6 inches, display 720 p, 1.4 GHz quad-core enclosed in a shell temporary plastic chip
Update:The original post on Tenhte.vn seems to have been removed, but you can always check the integrated video (and photos) after the jump.
The original story:Behold, Samsung Galaxy S III! Only it ' s probably not the Galaxy S III we ' ll be seen in London on 3 may, as it seems Samsung ' s taken to covering demonstration units in a shell of plastic temporary to the final design of its flagship product, next ultrasecrète. We ' ve heard before, like others, that the images previously alleged the "GT-i9300" Samsung were in fact final material placed inside the chassis generic plastic to protect the phone ' s finished design. And this seems to be exactly what we have here, in the recent leaks images and videos of the Vietnamese site Tinhte.
The site ' s offers video, which we ' ve embedded after the break, a fairly complete turn (dummy) hardware and software and it ' selection of s of photos to back up their claims, too. In terms of specifications, here ' s that the camera seems to be packing.
- A quad-core processor 1.4 GHz with 1 GB of RAM
- 4.6 inch SuperAMOLED 720 p display (320 DPI) with the screen buttons
- 4.0.3 Android Ice Cream Sandwich with TouchWiz
- Rear camera 8Mp with record video 1080p LED flash,.
- Internal storage of 16 GB and support for microSD card
- battery 2050mAh
- Support of the NFC
- Support for map MicroSIM
A worthy spec list of course, but nothing too surprising, if it proves to be accurate. Much of the mystery of the Galaxy S III - or what it ends up being called - surrounds now that the elusive final design, which is remained hidden behind external chunky plastic. Rumors of a micro-arc oxidation finish persisted, but security around the device likely to be even more stringent after the leak of the latter, we could now know for sure until we see this thing in London on 3 May.
Discover photos and videos for you after the break.
